Brown Rice Chicken Bake is like the easiest baked dish I have ever tried cooking. Plenty of mayo and almonds , Brown Rice Chicken Bake always remain one of my favorite dishes. If you want a super easy dish, then look no further.
|Cooked brown rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Frozen green peas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cooked chicken breast cubes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cholesterol free reduced calorie mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Toasted)|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dried tarragon leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
Combine rice, peas, chicken, mayonnaise, almonds, soy sauce, and seasonings in large bowl.
Transfer to 3-quart baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
