|Hard boiled eggs||2|
|Long grain rice||2 Pound|
Make a white sauce with the melted butter, flour and milk and stock.
Stir while it thickens, and then season with salt and pepper.
Cut the chicken into fairly thick pieces and heat very gently in this sauce.
