Looed Chicken Wings
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dark soy sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chicken wings||2 Pound, cut|
|Sesame oil||1 Tablespoon|
Bring to a boil the water, soy sauce, sherry, ginger, star anise flowers, and sugar.
Simmer as many chicken wings as you wish in this fluid for about 20 minutes.
Cool in the liquid.
