|Chicken breast||1⁄2 , skinned, boned and beaten thin with steak beater|
|Spaghetti||1 (10 Inch Long)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 , cut into pieces|
|Egg wash||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ritz crackers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed|
Beat chicken breast.
Cut sausages; pin 2 pieces of sausage together endways.
Cut cheese the same length of sausage, after they are pinned to each other.
Lay chicken breast on flat cutting board, covered with cracker crumbs.
Lay sausage and 1 piece of cheese on each piece of chicken.
Roll up tight and tuck ends.
Pin together with toothpicks.
Dip in milk and egg, then dredge heavy with cracker crumbs.
Place in 10 x 13 inch baking dish.
Place in 320° oven and cook until cracker crumbs are real brown, about 45 minutes.
