Ingredients
  Boneless skinless chicken breast halves 6
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce (1 Package Thawed)
  Sliced mushrooms 2 1⁄2 Ounce (Drained)
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Shredded low fat mozzarella cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Low fat ricotta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chicken gravy 12 Ounce (Heinz Home Style)
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
Directions

Place chicken breasts in lighdy greased 13 X 9-inch baking pan.
Combine spinach, mushrooms, onion, cheeses and pepper in medium bowl.
Spoon spinach mixture on top of chicken breasts.
Combine gravy and thyme; spoon over spinach mixture and chicken.
Cover; bake in 375°F oven 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
