Chicken Breasts Florentine
|Boneless skinless chicken breast halves||6|
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce (1 Package Thawed)|
|Sliced mushrooms||2 1⁄2 Ounce (Drained)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Shredded low fat mozzarella cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Low fat ricotta cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Chicken gravy||12 Ounce (Heinz Home Style)|
|Dried thyme leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
Place chicken breasts in lighdy greased 13 X 9-inch baking pan.
Combine spinach, mushrooms, onion, cheeses and pepper in medium bowl.
Spoon spinach mixture on top of chicken breasts.
Combine gravy and thyme; spoon over spinach mixture and chicken.
Cover; bake in 375°F oven 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
