|Chicken livers||8 , trimmed and halved|
|Peanut oil||2 Tablespoon (Use Planters)|
|Onions||2 (One For Frying, One To Chop)|
Fry the chicken livers in Planters Peanut Oil and place in a dish.
Saute one onion in same fat until soft and brown.
Chop the other onion extremely fine and add 2 chopped hard cooked eggs.
Chop livers and add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine everything and chop until mixture is coarse and textured.
