Broiled Lemon Chicken
|Skinless boneless chicken breast halves||4|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use Heinz)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced garlic||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated lemon peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Lightly flatten chicken breasts to uniform thickness.
For marinade, combine Worcestershire sauce and next 4 ingredients; pour over chicken.
Cover; marinate 30 minutes, turning once.
Place chicken on broiler pan; brush with oil.
Broil, 4 to 5 inches from heat source, 3 to 4 minutes; turn.
Brush with marinade, then with oil; broil an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
