Roast Chicken Or Turkey

Ingredients
  Roasting chicken 1 (Ready To Eat)
  Stuffing 1
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Melted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Have chicken or turkey at room temperature.
Rub inside and out with salt and pepper.
Stuff with one of the following stuffings and truss with string or skewers.
Rub skin with juice of half the lemon and brush with melted butter.
Roast in a 325 degree oven.
Add remaining lemon juice to remaining butter and baste with the mixture every 1/2 hour until the fowl is tender.
