  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chicken parts 6 (Portions)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Tomato puree 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tamari soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garbanzo beans 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked

Mix the two oils and brush chicken portions with some of it.
Lay chicken in baking pan, skin side up, and bake in preheated oven until chicken is nicely browned (30-45 minutes).
Meanwhile, saute onions and celery in remaining oil until tender.
Add tomato puree and catsup, seasonings and herbs.
Add cooked garbanzo beans and enough of the water they were cooked in to make a medium thick sauce.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Cover tightly with foil.
Turn oven down to 350 degrees F.
Bake for one half hour, covered, then remove foil and let chicken brown for one half hour longer.
