Ginger Spicy Chicken

  Salt To Taste
  Whole chicken breasts 2 , split, skinned and boned
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Red bell pepper 1 Medium, cut into 2 x1/4 inch strips
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium, cut into 2 x 1/4 inch strips
  Canned pineapple chunks in juice 8 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Picante sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Pace)
  Chopped cilantro/Fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Grated fresh ginger 2 Teaspoon

Lightly salt chicken breasts.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken; cook about 5 minutes on each side or until light brown and tender.
Remove chicken; keep warm.
Add pepper strips, pineapple with juice, Pace® Picante Sauce, cilantro and ginger to skillet.
Cook, stirring frequently, 5 to 7 minutes or until peppers are tender and sauce is thickened.
Return chicken to skillet and heat through.
