Tangy Sour Chicken

  Boneless chicken 250 Gram
  Onion 1 , cut into slices
  Tomato 1 , cut into 4 pieces, pulp removed and finely chopped
  Green chilies 2 , seeded, finely chopped
  Chopped cilantro 1 Tablespoon (Coriander)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground roasted cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cabbage leaves 4 , dipped in chilled water for 15 minutes

Cut chicken into long strips.
Keep aside.
Heat butter in a non stick pan.
Add sliced chicken, stir fry for 2-3 minutes till chicken turns whitish.
Cook covered for about 4-5 minutes or till soft.
Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and roasted cumin.
Add onion, tomato, green chilli and chopped cilantro/ coriander.
Mix well for 2 minutes.
Check salt and add to taste.
Arrange a few cabbage leaves at the edge of a serving platter.
Put the chicken in the centre.
