|Sesame seeds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Paprika||2 Tablespoon (good quality)|
|Chicken thighs||2 Pound|
|Eggs||2 Small, whipped|
|Chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Blend together in a large bowl the flour and sesame seeds, along with the paprika and a little salt.
Coat the chicken thighs in this mixture, and dip them first in a mixture of the eggs and chicken broth, and then back into the flour again.
You may brown these lightly in a frying pan and finish in the oven, or you may simply bake them at 350° for about 30 minutes.
