Sweet And Tangy Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken 3 1⁄2 Pound, cut up (1 Chicken)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry onion soup mix 1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Russian dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Bottled)
  Apricot pineapple preserves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Insert metal accessory rack.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Arrange chicken in 2-quart oblong glass baking dish, with thickest meaty pieces to outside edges.
In small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion soup mix, dressing and preserves.
Pour over chicken.
Cook on Combination Code 4, 20 to 25 minutes.
TO COOK BY CONVECTION: Insert metal accessory rack.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
