Chicken With Soya Sauce And Honey
|Chicken legs||4 , cut in half|
|Chicken breasts||2 , cut in half|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Soya sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Liquid honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Fruit juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh ginger root||4 , grated|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), crushed|
|White pepper||To Taste|
Put the marinade in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
Lay the chicken in a flat pyrex plate.
Pour marinade over and let stand (turning occasionally) in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Put meat in clay baker with marinade.
Close and bake.
