Chicken With Soya Sauce And Honey

Ingredients
  Chicken legs 4 , cut in half
  Chicken breasts 2 , cut in half
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Soya sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Liquid honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Fruit juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh ginger root 4 , grated
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed
  White pepper To Taste
Directions

Put the marinade in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
Shake vigorously.
Lay the chicken in a flat pyrex plate.
Pour marinade over and let stand (turning occasionally) in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Put meat in clay baker with marinade.
Close and bake.
