Steamed Chicken With Lemon

Ingredients
  Chicken 3 Pound, cut up (1 whole)
  Light soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Grated fresh ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Mashed dow see 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1 , sliced
Directions

Mix together all the ingredients except the lemon.
Place in a bowl or Hunan steamer.
Place the lemon slices on top of the chicken.
Steam for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the chicken is very tender.
