Healthy Spring Rolls (no Frying)

Ingredients
  Spring roll pastry 350 Gram
  Turkey breast 150 Gram (Half Pot Of Water, Add Some Salt And Chicken Essence In And Boil, Put In Turkey Breast To Cook , Middle Heat For 13 Minutes, Leave To Chill. Use The Fingers To Make The Meat Small, Add 1Tsp Salt, Pinch Of Pepper And 3 Soup Spoons White Wine, For Few Minut)
  Water 300 Milliliter
  Chicken essence To Taste
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  White wine 45 Milliliter (3 Soup Spoons)
  Garlic 1 , cut 2 pieces
  Shrimps 30 , washed and drained, add pinch of sugar, 1 tsp salt, wine, some lemon juice and corn starch marinate for 10 minutes
  Sugar 1 Pinch
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Wine 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Corn starch 1 Teaspoon
  Soybean sprouts 250 Gram, rinsed and drained (Fresh)
  Finely chopped ginger 15 Milliliter (1 Soup Spoon)
  Carrot 1 Small, sliced
  Chinese mushrooms 4 Medium, wash, soak and shred
  Glass noodles 20 Gram, soak it 15 minutes in water
  Chives 1 Teaspoon, cut it small
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, cut it small
Directions

Method:
1. heat up pan, add oil, put garlic in for 2 minutes,
pour in soy bean sprouts stir it well, take out garlic, add pinch of sugar, pepper,1 tsp salt
2. heat pan til hot put some oil in, put in ginger, shrimps stir it til done, put in carrot , mushrooms and turkey meat stir it together, put in1 soup spoon soy sauce, white wine, salt, chicken essence and pinch of sugar stir it a while, add in glass noodles, and soy bean sprouts, thicken with 3 tsp corn starch lotion

put the mixture in a sieve, mit parsley and chive on top and leave aside to chill

spring roll wrappers have a top and bottom side, the smooth side is top,
mix the filling with parsley and chive, then put the filling on bottom side
2 soup spoons flour mix some water, to glue the edge of the wrappers

oven on 170° C for 10 minutes
put parchment paper on the bake plate, put spring rolls put on top, til the spring rolls turn brown on both side, I baked each side 20 minutes

To serve with:
1. Thai sweet chili sauce for chicken
2. tomato ketchup and chili sauce
