Chicken And Broccoli
|Frozen broccoli/2 pound fresh broccoli||20 Ounce (Two 10 Ounce Package)|
|Boneless skinless cooked chicken breasts||4|
|Canned cream of chicken soup||11 Ounce|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Curry powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound (About 2 Cups)|
Cook broccoli until tender, drain and arrange in the bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces and arrange over the top of the broccoli.
In saucepan, combine mayonnaise, soup, milk, lemon juice and curry.
Heat and stir until smooth and warm.
Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli.
Top with grated cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Â° until hot and bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
