Chicken Timbales

Ingredients
  Minced cooked chicken 1⁄2 Pound
  Eggs 2
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  White breadcrumbs 4 Tablespoon
  Milk 6 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Warm the milk in a saucepan and add the beaten egg, soft breadcrumbs, parsley, the minced chicken and seasoning.
Butter small tins, moulds, or ramekins and press the mixture to about two thirds of their depth.
Stand the little dishes in a bain marie and bake in a gentle oven for about half an hour.
They are deliciously light, either hot or cold, and will often tempt an invalid's jaded appetite.
Try spinach, sweet corn, or pureed tomatoes with them if served hot.
A green salad is good if they are served cold.
