Ingredients
  Streaky rashers 8 (2 Per Person)
  Chicken liver 1
  Chopped shallot 1
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
Directions

Wrap a small portion of chicken liver in each rasher, having first sprinkled it with the chopped shallot, parsley and a little shaking of cayenne.
Grill, and when sizzling mount on toast and serve immediately.
There are also Angels on Horseback, and for these use oysters instead of the chicken liver, and omit the shallot, parsley and pepper.
