Marinated Chicken Livers And Butter Beans
|Chicken livers||8 Ounce|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter beans/Lima beans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|French dressing||1 1⁄4 Ounce (Count 1 1/2 Fluid Ounces Tomato Juice And 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil)|
|Cooked fennel/2 ounces cooked sliced onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut livers in half, cover with boiling water and bring water to boil again.
Simmer until livers are just cooked, about 3 minutes after water boils.
Drain, cool slightly and dice.
Add cooked beans and fennel or onions, if desired; cover with Tomato French Dressing.
Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, or longer.
