Easy Foil Wrapped Chicken
|Chicken||2 Pound, cut up (For 2 To 8 People)|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Rinse and dry chicken; rub generously with margarine, salt and pepper.
And if you like add Italian seasoning, crushed tarragon or thyme, parsley flakes, onion or garlic powder, some hickory smoke salt.
Place on foil and wrap with tight seal.
Arrange on baking sheet and bake in oven about 45 minutes; test by cutting to the bone of one piece.
Juice will run clear, not pink.
