Chicken Livers And Wine Sauce
|Bacon slices||6 , cut in 1 inch pieces|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chicken livers||1 Pound|
|Fresh mushrooms||1 Pound, sliced|
|Bell pepper||1 , sliced|
|Canned tomato sauce||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Chianti wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Hot cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Place onion and bacon in glass casserole.
Cover with paper towel.
Cook on high (9) for 10 to 12 minutes until bacon is brown.
Add livers; cook on high (9) for 5 to 6 minutes until liver is light in color.
Add mushrooms and pepper to casserole.
Add tomato sauce, wine, and soy sauce; season to taste.
Cook on medium (5) for 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
Spoon over hot cooked rice.
