|Tomato ketchup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Place drumsticks in a shallow dish, add marinade.
Cover and stand for at least 2 hours, turn drumsticks occasionally.
Drain meat and reserve marinade.
Barbecue drumsticks over medium hot coals for approximately 20-25 minutes or until tender.
Baste occasionally with the marinade while cooking.
