Chicken Breasts In Sour Cream
|Dried beef||2 Ounce (1 Package, Chipped)|
|Chicken breasts||6 , boned, skinned, split|
|Bacon slices||6 , cut into half|
|Condensed mushroom soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Sour cream||1 Pint|
Chop beef finely; place in bottom of casserole dish.
Wrap each chicken piece with half of bacon slice.
Place each piece on its own bed of chipped beef.
Mix together undiluted soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.
Bake at 275 °F 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
