Holiday Chicken A La King
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finley chopped|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Seasoned salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 Ounce|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Canned oysters||4 1⁄2 Ounce (Drained)|
|Mushrooms||5 Ounce (Drained)|
|Diced cooked chicken||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Pimiento||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
Heat butter in a large saucepan.
Saute onion, celery, and green pepper until tender.
Blend in flour, salt, and pepper; heat until bubbly.
Combine soup and milk; add gradually to mixture in saucepan, stirring until blended.
Bring to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cover and heat thoroughly over low heat.
