Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Enjoy the taste and flavor of this wonderful restaurant salad right at home. The grilled chicken Caesar salad is an easy to make salad that is sure to be a family favorite. A wonderful meal idea for a quick and delicious dinner.
Ingredients
  Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Caesar dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Romaine 10 Cup (160 tbs), torn into bite size pieces
  Caesar croutons/Garlic flavored croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

1. Heat coals or gas grill.
2. Cover and grill chicken 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Cut chicken diagonally into 1/2-inch slices.
3. Pour dressing into large salad bowl. Add romaine; toss to coat. Sprinkle with croutons, cheese and pepper; toss.
4. Divide salad among 6 serving plates. Top each serving with chicken.

Caesar is always a favourite with grilled chicken for a quick dinner-love it! Caesar dressing is always easy to make a head. Where's the garlic and anchovies?
