Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
|Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Caesar dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Romaine||10 Cup (160 tbs), torn into bite size pieces|
|Caesar croutons/Garlic flavored croutons||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1. Heat coals or gas grill.
2. Cover and grill chicken 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Cut chicken diagonally into 1/2-inch slices.
3. Pour dressing into large salad bowl. Add romaine; toss to coat. Sprinkle with croutons, cheese and pepper; toss.
4. Divide salad among 6 serving plates. Top each serving with chicken.
