Honey Dijon Chicken

Easy and delicious baked chicken that is great served over rice or noodles.
Ingredients
  Boneless, skinless chicken breasts/Chicken thigh 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 4 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

MAKING:

  1. In a baking dish, place chicken and set aside.
  2. In a pan, combine, honey, Dijon mustard, orange juice, butter, rosemary and mix well.
  3. Place over medium heat and stir well.
  4. Pour over chicken and pop into oven.
  5. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until well cooked.

SERVING:

  1. Serve over rice or noodles and enjoy!
