Batter Baked Chicken

Ingredients
  Washington fryer 1 , cut up
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Pecans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Rinse and pat dry chicken pieces.
Beat egg lightly, add milk and combine well.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, paprika, pepper, pecans, and sesame seeds.
Dip chicken into milk mixture then into flour mixture.
Melt butter in a shallow baking pan in a hot oven (400° F).
Re move baking pan from oven.
As pieces of floured chicken are placed in pan, turn to coat with butter, then bake skin side down.
Bake at 400° F. for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken, bake another 30 minutes or until tender at 350° F.
