Chicken Gold Coins - 12 Days Of Christmas

I dug this recipe out of my college memories and recreated it by making a baked version. A flavoured ground chicken mixture with chilli paste, garlic and spring onions, is smeared onto a round piece of bread, dipped in egg wash and sesame seeds and baked till golden brown.
