Chicken Saute

Ingredients
  Washington fryer 3 Pound (1 Bird, Cut Up)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, cut into wedges
  Green pepper 1 Medium, cut into wedges
  Mushrooms 8
  Dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Basil/Oregano/sage/thyme/rosemary 1 Pinch
  Tomato 1 Medium, cut into wedges
Directions

Brown cut up fryer in butter.
Add onion, green pepper, mushrooms, wine, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, sage, thyme and rosemary.
Cover and cook over low to medium heat for 25 minutes, turning chicken once.
Add tomato and cook 5 minutes
