|Butter/Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Stuffing mix||2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed|
|Seasoned croutons||2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed|
Rinse and pat dry chicken pieces.
Melt butter or margarine.
Crush stuffing mix or croutons to make 2 cups.
Mix crumbs with salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in melted butter then into seasoned crumb mixture.
Place in 15 1/2 x10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350Â° F. oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until tender. (For calorie counters: Instead of butter or margarine, use 1 egg whipped slightly with 1 T. water.
Dip chicken in egg mixture then in crumb mix.
