Pineapple Baked Chicken Breasts
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 375°.
Place chicken breasts (skin side up) in ungreased 9" square baking pan.
Brush with melted margarine or butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
Combine balance of ingredients and mix well.
Pour over chicken and return to oven for 30 to 40 minutes longer, basting occasionally, until deep golden brown and tender.
