Grilled Barbecued Chicken
|Red wine vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1 Dash|
|Broiler fryer chicken||3 Pound, quartered|
Combine red wine vinegar, vegetable oil, and hot sauce in a jar; cover tightly, and shake sauce vigorously.
Sprinkle chicken with salt to taste; baste with sauce.
Grill chicken, skin side down, over medium coals 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
Turn and baste every 10 minutes with sauce.
