Wings Wednesday - Peanut Butter Wings

When I first heard of Peanut Butter Wings I thought it sounded weird but after some searching I found a recipe I wanted to try. Checkout the video to see my thoughts.

Ingredients

Smooth peanut butter 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Brown sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lime juice 4 Tablespoon (Of 2 limes)
Lime zest 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm) , minced
Cayenne 1 Teaspoon
Freshly ground black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Chicken wing 2 1/2 Pound

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Take peanut butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, water, lemon juice, lemon zest, cayenne pepper and freshly ground pepper in a bowl. Mix it well to prepare the marinade.

2. Pour the marinade in a ziploc bag. Drop in the chicken wings and seal the bag. Massage it around to coat the wings properly. Place in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.

3. Prepare the grill for cooking.

MAKING

4. Arrange the wings on the grill. Bring up the temperature to 350 F.

5. Flip the wings mid way into the cook.

6. Offset the lid and let the temperature come up to 350 F.

7. Cook for another 30 minutes.

SERVING

8. Serve the wings as it is and enjoy.
