Chicken. It's one of the most versatile ingredients and always a crowd-pleaser even for picky eaters. We give new life to this lean protein by firing up the grill and marinating it with some fresh oranges.
Juice of orange
1 , zest and juice
Zest of orange

2 Tablespoon (melted)
1 , mince
1 Tablespoon, mince
Juice of lime
Zest of lime
Salt and pepper
1.Whisk together orange juice, orange zest, lime juice, lime zest, parsley, garlic clove and coconut oil in a large bowl.
2.Add the chicken breasts and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or (better yet) overnight.
3.Heat the grill to medium heat.
4.Remove chicken from marinade, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5.Cook the breasts on the grill 3-6 minutes per side, until it’s no longer pink inside.
