Wings Wednesday - Sweet and Tangy Wings

I am still looking for the perfect Hot Mustard Sauce. Here is another attempt to try and find that recipe.

Ingredients

For sauce
Yellow mustard 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Dijon mustard 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Frank's red hot pepper sauce 2 Tablespoon
Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Black pepper 1/2 Tablespoon
Honey 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
For other ingredients
Salt To Taste
Chicken wings 2 Pound

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Prepare the grill for cooking.

MAKING

2. Mix salt with the wings and place them on indirect heat over the grill for cooking.

3. Place the lid on, a little offset and cook for about 30 minutes.

4. Meanwhile prepare the sauce by mixing together yellow mustard, dijon mustard, frank's red hot, cider vinegar, black pepper and honey. Whisk well. Test and adjust the seasoning. Set the sauce aside.

5. Flip the wings and cook for another 20 minutes.

6. Remove from the grill and mix it up with the prepared sauce.

SERVING

7. Plate up and serve.
