Skinless chicken thighs 9
Rub 2 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Spread rub all over the chicken thighs.

2. Prepare the grill for cooking.

MAKING

3. Place the chicken on indirect heat and let it cook on the grill.

4. Cook the chicken until it reaches an internal meat temperature of 170 F.

5. Cover and rest the chicken for sometime. Shred the chicken.

SERVING

6. Use the shredded chicken on tacos or pizza.
