Ingredients
  Water chestnuts 1 Pound
  Eggs 6
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Peel water chestnuts and wash well.
Cut into 1/4 inch cubes.
Separate the eggs and beat the whites till they are light and fluffy.
Set aside.
Mix the yolks with the milk and oil and season with the pepper and salt.
Place the cubed chestnuts in a baking dish and mix well with the yolk mixture.
Cover with the egg whites.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and bake for 1/2 hour.
Serve very hot
