Ingredients
  Duck 6 Pound (1 In Number)
  Pork 1 Pound (Cut Into 1 Inch Cubes)
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, soaked and stemmed
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Enough To Cover)
  Onion 1 , quartered
  Chestnuts 1⁄2 Pound, shelled an blanched (Small Sized)
  Ginger slices 6
  Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Chop the duck into 2 inch pieces; wash and dry them carefully.
Place pieces in a saucepan with the pork, mushrooms, onions, ginger and chestnuts.
Add the soy sauce and enough water to barely cover the ingredients.
Bring to a boil and turn down the heat to its lowest point and cover the saucepan tightly.
Simmer for about 2 hours.
Serve the duck, pork and chestnuts in a shallow bowl and pour enough sauce to only half cover the duck.
