Onion And Chestnut Roast

Ingredients
  Skinned chestnuts 1 Pound
  Yeast extract 12 Milliliter (1 Dessertspoon)
  Vegetable oil/Vegan margarine 2 Ounce
  Onion 3 Large
  Wholemeal breadcrumbs 4 Ounce
  Seasoning To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.) Preheat the oven to 325F/170C gas mark 3
2.)Chop the onions finely

MAKING
3) Saute onions in the margarine or oil for 5-10 minutes, until soft
4.)Cook skinned chestnuts in sufficient water
5.)Now add the cooked chestnuts along with the remaining ingredients and place it in a greased baked dish
6.)Bake for 30-40 minutes until browned

SERVING
7.)Dish can be served with sauce on the side
8.)Can be served as a side dish or a main course
