|Orange zest||1 Teaspoon|
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs), whipped|
|Vanilla||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Thread chestnuts onto bamboo skewers.
Mix melted butter with orange zest.
Brush chestnuts with flavored butter.
Spoon whipped cream into a bowl.
Mix with vanilla and sugar.
Divide cream into dessert dishes.
Preheat stovetop grill.
Cook chestnuts over medium-high heat until warm, about 2 to 3 minutes, turning after each minute.
