Creamed Mushrooms And Chestnuts

Ingredients
  Butter 5 Tablespoon, melted
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Half and half 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned chestnuts 15 Ounce, sliced (3 Cans, 5 Ounce Each)
  Canned mushrooms 9 Ounce (3 Cans, 3 Ounce Each)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Add flour, salt and pepper to butter.
Blend to make sauce.
Add cream and mix, then add chestnuts and mushrooms.
Cook for 3-4 minutes or until done.
If too thick, add a little more cream.
Garnish with parsley.
