Cherry Cordial Dessert
|Vanilla ice cream||1⁄2 Gallon, softened|
|Milk chocolate candy bars||5 4⁄5 Ounce, finely chopped (Four 1.45 Ounce Bars)|
|Maraschino cherries||1 Cup (16 tbs), halved|
|Coarsely chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sweetened whipped cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), sweetened|
|Grated semisweet chocolate||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Maraschino cherries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Creme de cacao||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), divided|
Gently combine first 4 ingredients; spoon into a 9-inch springform pan.
Cover and freeze until firm.
Place dessert on a serving platter, and remove rim from springform pan.
Garnish with whipped cream, grated chocolate, and maraschino cherries.
To serve, spoon about 1 teaspoon creme de cacao over each slice.
