Black Cherry Pineapple And Walnut Aspic
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cherries juice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Juice Of Black Cherries)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pitted black cherries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pineapple tidbits||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Soften gelatin in cold water.
Heat juice and water to a boiling point and dissolve gelatin.
Add sugar, salt and lemon juice and cool until aspic thickens.
Stir in black cherries, pineapple and almonds and pour into a fruit mold and chill until set.
Serve with a creamy dressing.
