Black Cherry Pineapple And Walnut Aspic

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cherries juice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Juice Of Black Cherries)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pitted black cherries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pineapple tidbits 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Heat juice and water to a boiling point and dissolve gelatin.
Add sugar, salt and lemon juice and cool until aspic thickens.
Stir in black cherries, pineapple and almonds and pour into a fruit mold and chill until set.
Serve with a creamy dressing.
