Light Cherry Delight's picture
  Graham cracker crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted (1 Stick)
  Confectioner's sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Light cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Whipped topping 8 Ounce
  Canned light cherry pie filling 42 Ounce

Combine the graham cracker crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup of the confectioners' sugar in a bowl and mix well.
Pat into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes.
Let cool.
Combine the cream cheese and the remaining 1 cup confectioners' sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy.
Fold in the whipped topping.
Chill, covered, for 1 hour.
Spread over the cooled graham cracker crust.
Spread the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
