Light Cherry Delight
|Graham cracker crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted (1 Stick)|
|Confectioner's sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Light cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Whipped topping||8 Ounce|
|Canned light cherry pie filling||42 Ounce|
Combine the graham cracker crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup of the confectioners' sugar in a bowl and mix well.
Pat into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes.
Combine the cream cheese and the remaining 1 cup confectioners' sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy.
Fold in the whipped topping.
Chill, covered, for 1 hour.
Spread over the cooled graham cracker crust.
Spread the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
