Cherries Jubilee With Brandy

Ingredients
  Canned cherry pie filling/20 ounce frozen cherries, plus juice 21 Ounce
  Red food coloring 2 Pinch
  Brandy 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rich vanilla ice cream 1 Quart
Directions

Heat cherry filling and a drop or two of red food coloring in a chafing dish.
When ready to serve pour brandy over cherries and ignite.
When flames die down spoon over in dividual servings of vanilla ice cream.
