Cherries Jubilee With Brandy

|Canned cherry pie filling/20 ounce frozen cherries, plus juice||21 Ounce|
|Red food coloring||2 Pinch|
|Brandy||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Rich vanilla ice cream||1 Quart|
Heat cherry filling and a drop or two of red food coloring in a chafing dish.
When ready to serve pour brandy over cherries and ignite.
When flames die down spoon over in dividual servings of vanilla ice cream.
