Cherry Crisps

Cherry crisps are nice crispy little treats are just right to serve to kids and as snacks to adults also. This crispy snack is very easy to make and can be to greet guests on any occasion.
Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cherries 1 Pound
  Fat 200 Milliliter
  Confectioners sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, beat eggs until light and frothy.
2)Add sugar and flour, beat until smooth.
3)Add milk and wine and mix until well blended.
4)Dip a cluster of cherries in batter.
5)In a pan, heat fat and drop cherries into it, fry until browned. Drain.

SERVING
6)Sprinkle the cherry crisps with sugar and cinnamon and serve hot.

TIPS
Be careful to warn guests of the pits.
