Cherries Jubilee

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Cherries 1 Can (10 oz), strained
  Orange 1
  Cointreau 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Let the butter melt along with the sugar over a 350 F/180 C heat and stir in the cherries.
2. Squeezing in the orange juice, pour over the Cointreau and set light.
SERVING
3. Flambe and serve immediately over ice cream.
