Citrus Cherry Pork And Pasta

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloin 1 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet yellow onion 1⁄2 , thinly sliced
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated orange zest 1 Tablespoon
  Mostaccioli/Rigatoni or penne 8 Ounce (cooked and drained)
  Broccoli florets 3 Cup (48 tbs) (steamed)
  Dried cherries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), coarsely chopped
Directions

In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork cubes and onion; cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until pork is nicely browned and onion is tender; set aside. Make dressing by shaking together orange juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and orange zest in a small jar with tight-fitting lid. In a large serving bowl, toss together the pork and onion, pasta, broccoli, cherries and walnuts with the dressing. Serve immediately.
