|Fresh cherries||1 Pound, cut in half and remove pits|
|Cherries||1 Pound, cut in half and remove pits|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cherry brandy/Brandy/cointreau/other liqueur||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix cornstarch, sugar, water and cherries in a glass casserole serving dish.
Microwave, uncovered, 6 minutes on high or until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.
Microwave brandy in a dish 30 seconds.
Ignite brandy and pour over cherries.
